  The prices are very low demand! which is good for used games such as fifa and other games for less than a pound. I also sold my elgato came capture here and got 50 pounds good deal!

  To start with the only way you the consumer is able to get a value is to look for older generation materials which are better value. Anything that isn't from previous generation most likely costs more than it would do new, staff do not have the basic under standing on how to interact with a customer or how to solve with problems. The graphics card I purchased was labelled wrong and I was told three days later they could only give me a voucher, didn't want to be one of those people but spoke to either supervisor or someone as it was missold to me and all they said was "ok" and i wasn't spoken to in the rest of the transaction. Then decided to purchase a different graphics card which was £28 rather than the original at 50 and was short changed by 2 pound from the refund. Also i note that the business follows a casual model but having staff wearing Adidas caps that cover there faces gives is a bit of a piss take for ineraction.
