  I bought a gazebo from their online division trading under the title 'Worldstores' in September which then arrived covered in mould, so requested a collection and credit which wasn't uplifted until the end of October. Numerous emails were sent to the original address used to secure the uplift but all were left unanswered although delivery receipts were obtained. I eventually phoned the number on the delivery note left with us only to hear an automated message that this was no longer in use. I thought I'd been had, with someone trading off Dunelm's name but eventually managed to get a phone number and a promise of refund which was honoured, although this wasn't until mid January...a 4 month saga over a simple return. Unbelievably poor customer service.
