  Thank you so much for your skilfull work creating the new display stand for our sailing club belaying pin trophy. The belaying pin, originally from the sail training ship Lord Nelson, was used on this square rigged vessel to secure lines of running rigging. We presented this years trophy in September to the winners of our navigators challenge, autumn rally. Yachts left their resident berth, sailed around a buoyed course at sea and then made way to the finish for arrival at precisely 16:30. This year the challenge had an extra element with a crew treasure hunt. A bearing from a latitude was given of various treasures along the River Orwell for the crew to spot.
