  Wish I had the option of giving it 0 stars. The staff need to be trained when it comes to customer service. The moment you enter the store there is nobody to greet you or ask you if you need assistance in looking for something. When you do ask for help they seem irritatdd that you asked for help. Secondly they need more diversity there is less black and Asian people working there. I went to get a pair of dark huaraches in red, they didn’t have my size and the lady at the till said I should go to Marketplace to get a pair of second hand huaraches rather than come to the store. I said to her I don’t wear other people’s shoes I buy brand new clothes. I’m a classy woman unlike some people. The cheek of her. I won’t be coming to they’re store again. The JD branch in Harrow and Watford are far better plus they have much more of a choice. They have messed up my orders before, your better off going to footlocker or sports direct!
