  Awful garage! Avoid at all costs. Took my car in, rear break pads needing doing as per my mot advisery. They called me and said they'd had some findings and ALL the break pads and discs needed doing- front and back! And that it was going to cost me £380. I explained this wasn't on the advisory and the man said 'they must have missed it'. I've since taken it to two other garages to be checked and in actual fact it is just the rear pads that need doing. The garage claims to be female friendly but actually they are just rip off merchants!! Terrible company!! I wouldn't bother wasting your time with them.

  So so. I ordered my tyres 3 days in advance, took my car at the time and was told it would be an hour wait. Then was told the tyres hadn't actually arrived yet so would be a longer wait.. van didn't turn up for hours. In the end tyres were done at 1300 after I arrived at 1015. To be fair to the garage, they went from being a bit miserable to much friendlier in response to their cock up and offered and took me home so I didn't have to keep waiting like a mug. Bit awkward though, wouldn't go back there in spite of the efforts to save their mistake. Also offered to fit more expensive tyres but they were worse quality so I declined. This was a good hour and a half in.
