  Really helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with gave the sense of wanting to help. Dilan dealt with my purchase and he was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. A genuine pleasure to deal with. One down side is the lack of customer parking.

  Karl Brown at Palmers (Alfa Romeo/Jeep) is an extremely personable guy whose knowledge of his product is superb. He made the whole process of buying a car easy and enjoyable and was extremely efficient in getting the car ready for us with only a few days notice. This is our first dealings with Palmers and, although it is early days, I can honestly say the quality of this company appears head and shoulders above the many others we have had dealings with. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
